Accenture Song Appoints Ami Palan as Americas Lead
Accenture Song, a leading global consultancy that specialises in marketing and technology services, has announced the appointment of Ami Palan as its new lead for the Americas region.
In her new role, Palan will be responsible for leading and growing the company's business in the Americas, shaping and delivering strategy for the market, and collaborating across creative agencies to leverage Accenture Song's full range of offerings, including consulting and technology expertise.
Palan, who brings over 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, has worked with more than 100 clients across over 20 countries. Prior to this appointment, she was the global service practice lead at Accenture Song.
Ndidi Oteh, who is transitioning to become Accenture Song's global CEO starting September 1, 2025, expressed confidence in Palan's ability to continue Accenture Song's success in the Americas. Oteh stated, "I am confident that Ami will build on the strong foundation laid by her predecessor and drive growth, creativity, innovation, and value delivery for clients in the Americas."
Palan expressed her excitement about leading Accenture Song in the Americas, stating, "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead Accenture Song in the Americas and to work with such a talented team. In addition to the appointment of Palan, Accenture Song has made leadership appointments across its Asia-Pacific business. Junichiro Kurokawa has been appointed as the APAC lead for Accenture Song, in addition to his current role as Accenture Song's Japan lead. Simone Morandi is the Southeast Asia lead for Accenture Song, and will also take on additional duties as Asia Oceania lead, a newly created role reporting to Kurokawa.
With these leadership appointments, Accenture Song is positioning itself for continued growth and success in the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions, leveraging its expertise in consulting and technology to help clients achieve their business objectives.
