The Bollywood hunk, John Abraham, hasupgraded his Mumbai real estate portfolio by leasing three jaw-dropping apartments overlooking the Arabian Sea from The Sea Glimpse Co-operative Housing Society in B'stand, Bandra. According to property records scrutinized by Square Yards, these properties were rented out on May 29, 2025, and the agreement spans five years[1][2][3].

The lease agreement entails a rent of ₹6.30 lakh per month for the initial four years, climbing to ₹8 lakh in the final year. Notably, this annual rent escalation is approximately 8% for the first two years and around 5% for the last two years[1][2]. In total, the rental value for the entire term is estimated to amount to approximately ₹4.3 crore[1].

Securing these apartments required a security deposit of ₹36 lakh, plus a stamp duty of almost ₹1.12 lakh and a registration charge of ₹1,000[1]. The agreements were signed by John Abraham, along with two individuals named Varun Talukdar and Pooja Gupta[1].

Bandra is a prime location in Mumbai, renowned for its high-value real estate market, boasting a mix of premium residential and commercial properties.
