Accolade and Conseq Acquire 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I Facility from Developer 7R
Accolade, a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, and Conseq have acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility from developer 7R. This state-of-the-art industrial complex, located near Bielsko-Biała in Poland, spans over 20,000 square meters of production and office space.
The facility is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading European manufacturer of aluminium window, door, facade systems, sunshades, and pergolas. The building was tailored to Aluprof’s operational needs, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. It boasts a BREEAM "Very Good" sustainability certification, further emphasizing its commitment to environmental responsibility.
The acquisition is strategic for Accolade, as it strengthens their portfolio of sustainable industrial infrastructure across Europe. The facility serves a high-profile tenant in the aluminium manufacturing industry, adding value to Accolade's growing portfolio.
Aluprof, part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group, operates across more than 50 markets globally. With nearly 3,000 employees, it is one of Europe’s top suppliers of aluminium systems for architectural applications.
The global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Accolade and Conseq on this transaction.
