Accolade Acquires 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I from Developer 7R
In mid-2025, Accolade, a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I, a built-to-suit warehouse covering about 20,000 sqm. The facility, fully leased to Aluprof, a major European manufacturer of aluminum systems, serves their manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations.
Located in Poland, the asset boasts over 20,000 sqm of production and office space and holds a BREEAM Very Good sustainability certification. Aluprof, which operates globally with nearly 3,000 employees, uses the site to support its extensive industrial and logistics needs.
The acquisition was facilitated by two law firms: Norton Rose Fulbright and SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska. Norton Rose Fulbright, a global firm, advised Accolade and its partner Conseq on their acquisition. Led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, the team provided comprehensive legal support, including transactional and clearance aspects. On the other hand, SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzorowska advised the seller, 7R.
The 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I was developed specifically for Aluprof, with the building tailored to meet their functional and technological specifications for operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment.
