Moroccan Startup Hypeo Ai Secures Investment to Revolutionize Influencer Marketing
Hypeo Ai, a groundbreaking Moroccan startup, has secured an investment from Renew Capital, a pan-African investment firm. This investment is set to support Hypeo Ai's next stage of growth and underscores the potential of its platform to revolutionize influencer marketing in the region.
Founded in 2024 by Meriam Bessa (CEO), Oussama Sekkat (CTO), and Salah Eddine Mimouni (COO), Hypeo Ai is streamlining influencer marketing through artificial intelligence. The platform, designed to allow brands and creators to meet faster, match better, and work smarter, connects brands with both human and AI-powered creators in under 15 minutes.
The platform offers an end-to-end campaign workflow, including smart matching, pricing insights, and real-time performance tracking. This aims to eliminate the need for manual tracking and fragmented tools, making influencer marketing more efficient and data-driven.
Hypeo Ai's focus is on facilitating efficient and smart collaboration in influencer marketing, particularly in the fast-growing markets of Africa and the Middle East. The region, rich in talent, was missing smart infrastructure according to Hypeo Ai, and the startup is tackling this gap.
Nihal Grii, a representative from Renew Capital, sees potential in Hypeo Ai's approach to simplifying influencer marketing in the region. The investment by Renew Capital may indicate a growing interest in technology-driven solutions for influencer marketing in the region.
In addition to its influencer marketing platform, Hypeo Ai also develops AI Meta Humans, including the virtual influencer Kenza Layli, who has gained significant social media following and recognition as a Miss AI 2024 finalist. The startup plans to use the investment to expand its platform, onboard more creators and brands, and develop a consumer-facing AI coaching companion focused on wellness and lifestyle.
This investment could potentially lead to increased efficiency and smart collaboration in influencer marketing in the region, modernizing the workflows and providing a boost to the region’s influencer economy.
