The Adecco Group, a global leader in human resources solutions, has appointed Jo Debecker as the new President of Akkodis, its specialized business division focused on technology-driven solutions. Debecker's appointment is effective from 22nd April 2025.
Previously, Debecker served as the Head of Wipro's FullStride Global Business Line, where he led the division to higher profitability levels and generated USD 5 billion in revenues. His strong background in global technology services and proven leadership skills make him an ideal candidate for the role.
Debecker holds a master's degree in finance and computer science from The University of Leuven, Belgium. He is set to bring his extensive experience and expertise to Akkodis, steering the division strategically to capitalize on the "incredible opportunities" in the tech sector.
Denis Machuel, Group CEO of The Adecco Group, expressed gratitude for Jan Gupta's contributions as the outgoing President of Akkodis. Gupta's departure was previously announced.
