Amurets Floating Dock Launched to Boost Regional Shipbuilding
The shipbuilders of Komsomolsk-on-Amur have launched the floating dock-pontoon 'Amurets'. Meanwhile, regional head Dmitry Demezhin and Assistant to the President Nikolai Patrushev met to discuss river transport and regional ports.
The meeting, held in Khabarovsk, focused on the preservation of the Khabarovsk Shipbuilding Plant, a key initiative of Governor Demezhin. The project 'Project 22300', developed by the Komsomolsk-on-Amur shipbuilders, aims to transport shipbuilding kits from the shipyard to the fitting-out yard, streamlining the process.
The launch of 'Amurets' is a significant step in this direction. The floating dock-pontoon will play a crucial role in the transportation and assembly of these kits, facilitating the efficient development of regional seaports.
The launch of 'Amurets' and the discussion between Demezhin and Patrushev signal a commitment to advancing river transport and regional ports. The preservation of the Khabarovsk Shipbuilding Plant and the implementation of 'Project 22300' are expected to boost the region's shipbuilding industry and stimulate economic growth.
