Anker Technology Ltd. facing a lawsuit by PRIMONO group, alleging a breach of contract and seeking millions in compensation following the termination of their premium partnership.

Berlin-based PRIMONO TEC GmbH, a leading company in photovoltaic systems, has announced its intention to file a lawsuit against Anker Technology Ltd. The lawsuit stems from the termination of a strategic partnership aimed at sales, installation, and assembly of Anker's new home storage system "Solix X1" in Germany.

The partnership, which started in the autumn of 2024 during the ramp-up phase, was initially intended to last at least two years. PRIMONO was presented as the central implementation partner in product training, public events, and partner meetings for the "Solix X1" system. A framework agreement was signed with a European unit of the Anker group in December 2024, defining key business terms such as exclusive lead provision, target quantities, and joint market appearance in Germany.

However, PRIMONO claims that only 1,000 of the 5,000 qualified contacts guaranteed for 2025 have been delivered, despite numerous internal warnings and reminders from their side. As a result, PRIMONO TEC GmbH terminated its contract with Anker Technology Ltd. in July 2025, not receiving the promised 5,000 qualified contacts for 2025.

PRIMONO TEC GmbH, as the exclusive premium partner for Anker's new home storage system "Solix X1" in Germany, has invested significantly in personnel expansion, marketing, and other entrepreneurial risks based on the trust placed in Anker's promises. An initial estimate suggests that the economic damage could amount to several million euros.

The lawsuit will be filed with the competent regional court in the coming week, seeking compensation for the financial losses suffered as a result of Anker's actions. So far, an out-of-court settlement has not been reached between the two parties.

As the legal proceedings unfold, updates on the status of the case, precise figures, and official statements may be found in court documents or company press releases related to the lawsuit.
