App appoints Max Glover as Chief Revenue Officer to speed up worldwide expansion
Max Glover, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor and technology sectors, has joined Hailo as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Glover brings a wealth of expertise in driving major revenue growth and market expansion, having made significant contributions at Intel and Allegro Microsystems.
Prior to joining Hailo, Glover served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Allegro Microsystems. Under his leadership, the company organically doubled sales in automotive, data center, clean energy, and industrial end markets, achieving more than $1 billion in annual revenue for the first time in company history. He also played a critical role in Allegro’s successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2020.
Before Allegro, Glover held multiple leadership roles in sales, business development, marketing, and engineering at Intel. At Intel, he built a global sales and go-to-market organization that drove a multi-billion-dollar design-win backlog in automotive. He also led strategic sales in growing Internet of Things (IoT) and edge computing markets.
In his new role at Hailo, Glover will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including global sales, business development, and customer success. His focus will be on expanding Hailo’s footprint across personal compute, security, automotive, industrial, retail, and other high-impact verticals.
Orr Danon, CEO of Hailo, is thrilled about Glover’s appointment, citing his proven track record and deep industry insight. Danon believes that Glover’s expertise in strategic partnerships, customer success, and global market expansion will be instrumental in driving Hailo’s next phase of growth.
Glover expressed his excitement about joining Hailo and helping bring their breakthrough AI solutions to more customers around the world. His impact on revenue growth in the semiconductor and technology sectors can be seen in his ability to double Allegro Microsystems’ sales, drive global sales and market expansion at Intel, and lead strategic sales initiatives in IoT and edge markets.
Meanwhile, in a separate development, DMP, a leading manufacturer of security products, has introduced JamAlert, a detection device designed to combat the growing threat of illegal cellular signal jammers. JamAlert is expected to help businesses and organisations maintain secure communication networks and protect their critical data.
