Audi India has unveiled an upgraded Roadside Assistance (RSA) program, offering coverage for up to 15 years to both new and existing customers. This move is part of the company's strategy to enhance the post-sale ownership experience, focusing on reliability and customer assurance over longer ownership cycles.
The RSA program integrates digital enhancements, such as service requests via WhatsApp conversations, email communication from the nearest dealer, and follow-up notifications. The program is available at prices ranging from ₹3,999 to ₹8,000, depending on the vehicle's age and the duration of coverage selected.
Audi India's extended warranty and RSA programs offer coverage for vehicles up to 10 years old from the date of manufacture and up to 200,000 km mileage. Customers can buy 1-year or 2-year extensions, either at the time of new car delivery or before their existing warranty expires. The RSA program provides 24/7 emergency services nationwide for up to 15 years.
The extended warranty covers all manufacturing defects under normal use, while roadside assistance services include emergency breakdown support, towing, fuel delivery, battery jump-starts, tire repairs or replacements, spare key delivery, and lockout assistance. In cases taking over 72 hours for repairs and the vehicle being more than 100 km from the owner's home base, the program includes accommodation or travel assistance, vehicle safekeeping, and passenger refreshments.
