Axa Germany Names Johannes Dick as New Head of People Experience
Axa Germany has announced a significant change in its board leadership. Johannes Dick, currently heading the SME property and casualty insurance division, will take over the People Experience division starting November 1, 2025. He succeeds Sirka Laudon, who is stepping down.
Dick's career at Axa spans over a decade, predominantly at Axa Konzern in Germany. He began as an executive assistant to the CEO in 2012. His journey includes roles such as head of strategy, data, and organization, and head of the accounting and corporate development department. In 2024, he was appointed head of the SME P&C division.
Before his current role, Dick also served as the global head of data analytics and data innovation at Axa in France. His educational background includes a bachelor's in Applied Economics and a master's in International Business from Maastricht University.
Dick's appointment signals Axa's commitment to enhancing employee experience. His extensive experience in strategy, data, and organizational roles, coupled with his understanding of the insurance sector, makes him a strong choice for the position. Sirka Laudon's departure will be effective by the end of October 2025, with Dick taking over the reins from November 1, 2025.
