In the toolmaking industry, a specialist at 'Atlant' is expecting a first watch of at least Br1800, with three in-demand specialties. Meanwhile, a veterinarian in Mogilev is earning up to Br2500, with plans to build a house, plant trees, and start a family. A Belarusian woman shared her husband's combine harvester operator salary on TikTok, revealing a net pay of Br4,840 after allowances and bonuses in July.

In the education sector, a geography teacher in Minsk earned Br1500 in August, with expectations of higher figures in the coming months due to mid-month starts and bonuses.
