Construction of shopping mall M Park Titan in progress within Bucharest city

In the heart of Bucharest, Romania, a new retail destination is taking shape. The M Park Titan, a project by Square 7, part of the M Core group, is currently under construction in the Titan area.

The 3.2-hectare plot for this development was acquired in April 2025, and construction began in May 2025. The project is designed as a modern retail destination offering approximately 8,500 square meters of retail space. It aims to be functional, accessible, and environmentally friendly, aligning with urban consumer needs and modern green building standards. The official opening is planned for December 2025.

The retail mix planned for M Park Titan includes a variety of major brands and essential services, ensuring a convenient shopping experience for local residents. Confirmed tenants are Animax, BeFit Gym, Deichmann, dm drogerie markt, Dr. Max, Esenta Plant, Flanco, JYSK, KFC, Las Vegas Games, Mesopotamia, Pepco, Sinsay, Tedi, and Worldbox. Additionally, the development will feature electric vehicle charging stations provided by Eldrive Romania to support sustainability goals.

M Park Titan reflects M Core’s commitment to providing modern and eco-friendly retail spaces suited to the daily needs of Bucharest’s urban consumers.
