Santa María la Ribera, for example, has an average rent of around 14,000 pesos per month, while Portales and Álamos in Benito Juárez range from 13,000 to 15,000 pesos per month. The general city-wide average for a decent apartment is around 23,000 pesos per month, but this depends greatly on location and property quality.
