Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a completed bank apprenticeship and qualify as a Sparkassenfachwirtin/Sparkassenfachwirt or a comparable qualification. Solid knowledge in case processing and experience in assistance are beneficial. The Sales Assistant will work well in a team and can drive topics independently.
Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant will support the Private Banking team with administrative and organizational tasks. This includes preparing information for colleagues to help them check, assess, and implement customer requests. The Sales Assistant will handle customer inquiries and process them independently. The role also involves responsibility for various special tasks to support the Private Banking team.
The Sales Assistant will assist the manager in organizing daily work routines and will receive an iPad for private and business use. Familiarity with the application of OSP-NEO is ideal.
