The deal, worth up to 4.26 billion CZK (around $204 million USD), will see the company supply small arms to the Czech military until 2031. The contract includes rifles, pistols, under-barrel grenade launchers, and extensive accessories.
The agreement builds on a successful cooperation between CZ and the Czech military that started in 2011. Key products covered in the contract are the CZ Bren 2 rifles, CZ P-10C pistols, and CZ GL under-barrel grenade launchers. These weapons have proven their reliability and effectiveness in various military operations.
The contract was signed by Lubor Koudelka, director general of the Armament and Acquisitions Division of the Ministry of Defense, and Jan Zajic, CEO and chairman of the Board of Directors of CZ. CZ, with its U.S. operations based in Kansas City, KS through CZ-USA, will continue to equip the Czech military with high-quality small arms and accessories until 2031. The significant contract demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting the Czech military and its ongoing trust in CZ's products and services.
