DHL Supply Chain Announces Leadership Changes for Growth
DHL Supply Chain has announced a series of leadership changes, effective July 1, 2024. The new board members aim to strengthen the company's operations and explore new markets.
Markus Voss, currently serving as CIO and COO of Supply Chain at DHL, will take on the role of Global Chief Development Officer. In this new position, Voss will lead the development of DHL Supply Chain and oversee teams focused on Service Logistics, Solutions Design, and strategic growth products. Voss has been instrumental in driving performance-focused standardisation and implementing new technologies at DHL Supply Chain.
Sally Miller will assume the position of Global Chief Information Officer, expanding her role to include Digital Transformation Officer. Miller will take on this new responsibility in July. Oscar de Bok, global CEO of DHL Supply Chain, believes these changes will enhance the company's ability to streamline operations and explore new markets.
Meanwhile, Mauricio Barros will become the new Global Chief Operations Officer, also effective July 1, 2024. Barros' appointment comes after Scott Sureddin, who led DHL Supply Chain to double the size of its business in North America, steps down from the position.
John Kelleher, who has held the role of Global Chief Development Officer since 2018, driving the division's successful evolution and growth, will step down from his position. Kelleher brings extensive experience from previous management roles at DHL Group since joining in 1992.
With these strategic appointments, DHL Supply Chain looks to fortify its leadership team and continue its growth trajectory. The new board members bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will undoubtedly contribute to the company's ongoing success.
