Dryden Heath's redevelopment continues with 71 new plots in its ninth phase, tsc to be ready for construction by summer. The Settlement and Housing Development Company Soltau (AWS) plans to offer a mix of smaller and larger plots, with purchase prices ranging from 85 to 109 euros per square meter.

So far, 150 plots have been sold in Dryden Heath, with a significant number, 74, sold during the 7th and 8th construction phases. Prospective homeowners can look forward to applying for plots on Tetendorfer Street in Soltau towards the end of 2025 or early 2026, although conditions will be more expensive than in Dryden Heath.

The upcoming plots in Dryden Heath's ninth phase will not have a set supply, marking a shift towards more sustainable energy sources. To facilitate this, supply and disposal channels, as well as fiber optic cables, will be laid in the ground by summer. The building obligation has also been increased from two to four years for this phase.
