As per their strategy, 80% of these new locations will be established via franchising or operation. By the end of 2025, 60% of the network's turnover will come from these collaborative ventures.

By 2025, anticipate the opening of 30 new pastry shops, bringing the Dulcinella Group's grand total to 50.

Operating Dulcinella locations and franchising opportunities are two critical steps in the company's long-term plan to reach an annual turnover of EUR 100 million in the next five to seven years.

For those interested in collaboration, there are two types of partnership options:

  1. Operating a Dulcinella location: You can take advantage of existing Dulcinella's space and equipment by paying a EUR 15,000 guarantee upfront. In return, you'll receive a percentage of sales.
  2. Franchise: For this partnership, an initial franchise fee of EUR 10,000 is required, along with costs of opening the location ranging between EUR 80,000-EUR 120,000. The franchise model is also available for Romanians living abroad, particularly in countries where Dulcinella's products are already being exported.
