Energy consulting center established in Mespelbrunn
The Energy Advice Center, previously located in Heimbuchenthal, has announced its relocation to Mespelbrunn. This move marks a new chapter for the centre as it continues to provide valuable advice on various energy-related topics to citizens of the Aschaffenburg district.
The Energy Advice of VerbraucherService Bayern offers guidance on a wide range of subjects, including saving electricity, heating and ventilation, renewable energies, funding programs, changing energy suppliers, heating cost settlement, and more. With the move to Mespelbrunn, citizens can now seek personal and individual energy advice at the Mespelbrunner Community Center, Hauptstraße 130.
Citizens interested in energy advice can look forward to the first Energy Consultation Day at the new location on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Subsequent Energy Consultation Days will be held on the third Wednesday of every month from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Appointments for energy advice last between 30 and 60 minutes and require prior registration.
Appointments can be made with the Climate Protection Management of the Aschaffenburg district at 06021 394-7030 or via the nationwide toll-free hotline 0800/809 802 400. If necessary, energy experts will even come to a citizen's home for advice.
The Energy Advice Center's move to Mespelbrunn is made possible by funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection. As a result, the local share for on-site advice is 40 euros, which is covered by the district authority, making the entire advice offer of VerbraucherService Bayern free for district citizens.
In addition to the Mespelbrunn location, there are other Energy Advice Centers in the district in Bessenbach, Kahl am Main, Laufach, Mömbris, and Schöllkrippen. The Energy Advice of VerbraucherService Bayern prides itself on providing independent and competent tips on all questions related to energy saving.
