Qualifications required for the position include a qualification as a Sparkassen specialist or a comparable qualification, ideally with a certificate from the Giro Fachberater seminar or comparable further training. Basic knowledge in the field of payment is an advantage for the position. Strong sales/customer orientation, flexibility, communication skills, high digital affinity, and a strong sense of initiative are also essential qualifications.
