Four Kansas City Companies Scale Up with NXTSTAGE Enterprise Engagement Series
Four Kansas City-area companies, including Roz, have been selected for the prestigious NXTSTAGE Enterprise Engagement Series cohort. The Wichita-based program, now open to Midwest companies outside Kansas, offers entrepreneurs a chance to engage in weekly workshops, one-on-one meetings, and enterprise coaching sessions.
The NXTSTAGE program provides participants with curated 'Enterprise Playbooks' and direct introductions to enterprise leaders. This helps entrepreneurs scale their businesses and connect with key decision-makers previously out of reach. Roz, one of the selected companies, plans to continue scaling its outreach efforts, focusing on serving highly regulated enterprises and their service providers. Donnie Hampton, co-founder of Roz, praised the program for facilitating these valuable connections.
Archia.io, another Kansas City startup, has already benefited from the program. It shaped its go-to-market efforts using the NXTSTAGE Enterprise Playbooks. Ulom, another Kansas City cohort member, is currently working to deepen relationships with enterprise partners secured through the program. The 2025 cohort included 20 Midwest entrepreneurs and 13 enterprise partners from diverse industries.
Roz is now in active discussions with several regional enterprise participants following the program. The NXTSTAGE Enterprise Engagement Series has proven to be a valuable platform for Midwest companies to scale their businesses and connect with enterprise leaders. The program's expansion to include companies outside Kansas has further broadened its impact on the region's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
