In a heartwarming display of civic engagement, Fuerth Savings Bank and the Nehemia Team e.V. organisation have come together to support various causes, both locally and internationally.
During a recent ceremony in the Maxstraße branch, Adolf Dodenhoeft, CEO of Fuerth Savings Bank, presented a symbolic check for 3,200 euros to five regional institutions. The financial institution had waived promotional items at a traditional employee event, choosing instead to donate the funds to these worthy causes.
The beneficiaries of the donation included Lebenshilfe Fuerth, the Sing and Music School of the southern district, the Waermestube community center, the Kulturhof Langenzenn, and the Tierschutzhaus Fuerth. These institutions provide vital services to the community and were chosen through a vote by the bank's employees.
Ralf Otto, the recipient of this year's "Silent Star" award, was also honoured at the ceremony. Otto, who has worked for the savings bank for over 40 years, is considered a reliable partner for young leaders within the company.
Meanwhile, the Nehemia Team e.V. organisation, which is involved in various projects, plays a crucial role in Ukraine through educational programs. Adolf Dodenhoeft presented an additional 500 euros to the Nehemia Team e.V. organisation during the ceremony, further emphasising the bank's commitment to supporting their initiatives.
The Nehemia Team's work in Ukraine is one of their many projects, demonstrating their dedication to integrating disadvantaged children and making a positive impact in communities around the world.
