Gütersloh Launches OZG Dashboard for Streamlined Digital Services
The city of Gütersloh has launched an OZG Dashboard, a digital tool aimed at streamlining bureaucratic procedures and enhancing service flexibility. This initiative is part of the city's ongoing digitalization efforts and will help track progress in online administration.
The OZG Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of digital services, both existing and in development. It categorizes services based on the Online Access Act (OZG), allowing citizens to see what's available, in progress, or planned for the future. The dashboard also highlights areas where improvements are needed, enabling the city to focus its digitalization efforts effectively.
Citizens can access all these online services through the Citizen Portal, making bureaucratic processes more convenient and user-friendly. For those who still prefer in-person services, appointments can be scheduled using the appointment tool. For further information, the Digitalization and Geoinformation department can be contacted via email.
The launch of the OZG Dashboard in Gütersloh marks a significant step towards more flexible and service-oriented administration. By providing a clear overview of digital services and areas for improvement, the dashboard will help the city make bureaucratic procedures easier for its citizens.
