In Yekaterinburg, the routes of three buses have been altered

Beginning May 26, bus routes for numbers 46, 50, and 55 in Yekaterinburg have undergone changes, according to an official statement from the city's administration. These adjustments form part of an ongoing effort to enhance the use of public transportation and reduce the waiting time for buses at high-traffic stops.

The first wave of changes to the city's bus network has been implemented, with further modifications anticipated in August following the completion of contract negotiations.

  • No 46 "Papina - Academician Landau"

The extended route now covers Ryabinina Street, adding stops at "Patrushiha" and "Academician Landau." There will no longer be a stop at the "Lenta" shopping center when traveling towards Papina Street.

  • No 50 "UrFU - Shirokaia Rechka"

The bus has been extended along a new section of Krustalnogorskaya Street to Shirokaia Rechka, with stops at "Arkhitektora Beliankina," "Yevgenia Savkov," and "Shirokaia Rechka."

  • No 55 "Himmash - Michurinskiy (Sady)"

Likewise, the route has been extended to Shirokaia Rechka, with the new terminus at the "Michurinskiy (Sady)" stop.

Previously announced plans will see the routes of nine buses altered, including Nos. 40, 43, 83, 59, 67, and 78, beginning June 1. For more information on these changes, please visit [relevant link].

While the exact details of the route changes for buses Nos. 40, 43, 83, 59, 67, and 78 are not available, it’s strongly advised to consult local transportation websites or contact Yekaterinburg city transportation authorities for the most current and accurate information. They will be able to provide up-to-date details about bus routes and any recent modifications.

The financial sector may see an increased interest in news surrounding the ongoing changes in Yekaterinburg's public transportation industry, such as the extension of bus routes for numbers 46, 50, and 55. These modifications, which include the addition of new stops and changes in terminus points, could influence the travel habits of residents and commuters, potentially impacting businesses in the transportation sector.
