New Partner Joins Hogan Lovells DNFP in Jakarta
Hogan Lovells DNFP, the Jakarta-based associate firm of global law firm Hogan Lovells, has welcomed a new partner, Mochamad Kasmali, to its ranks. Kasmali brings with him expertise in the mining and oil and gas sectors, as well as a strong background in banking and finance.
Kasmali is leaving Soemadipradja & Taher (S&T) after more than a decade of service to join Hogan Lovells DNFP. With his appointment, the firm now has 11 fee earners, and its team of around 30 lawyers continues to grow.
Kasmali is a corporate and finance specialist, with extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions. His expertise is not limited to the mining and oil and gas sectors, but these sectors are a significant part of his practice area focus.
Hogan Lovells DNFP was established in 2016 and has since made a name for itself in the Indonesian legal market. With the addition of Kasmali, the firm is poised to continue its growth and success in the corporate and finance sectors.
