Industrial road "Am Hüttenbrink" finishes construction
The industrial area of Huttenbrink is set to undergo further development, with the commencement of a new construction project on Monday, 15th September 2025. This project involves the construction of a spur road, which will run between house numbers 120 and 124c.
To facilitate this work, a full closure of the spur road is necessary. Additionally, the road "Huttenbrink" towards Spexarder Straße will be partially closed at the entrance. This closure is an integral part of the construction work.
The construction work represents the final stages of the spur road construction and will see the use of climate-friendly cobblestones for its paving. This eco-friendly approach aligns with the city's commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation.
The city council has asked for the public's understanding regarding any possible traffic inconveniences during the construction period. While disruptions are expected, the council assures that the project will contribute positively to the industrial area's infrastructure in the long run.
It is important to note that this is not the first construction project in the Huttenbrink industrial area. The last project on Rampe Street began in 2023. The spur road construction is expected to be completed by the end of October, marking another significant step in the development of this industrial hub.
As always, the city council encourages residents and businesses in the area to stay informed and to plan their travel accordingly during the construction period. The council looks forward to the completion of this project and the continued growth and development of the Huttenbrink industrial area.
