Industrial Tour Unveiled: "Walk and Talk" Debuts in the Industrial Sector
On a sunny day in July 2025, the industrial area of Veitsbronn in the Fürth district played host to the premiere of the "Walk and Talk" format. This event, initiated by the Economic Development of the Fürth district administration, was designed for lived exchange and regional networking.
The day began at Zachhuber, a joinery with over 30 years of experience in high-quality interior construction. Known for custom-made furniture, exclusive interior solutions, and the stylish equipment of modern burger restaurants, Zachhuber served as the starting point for the tour. Participants received their name badges and were treated to a brief overview of the company before setting off on the tour.
The CEO of Zachhuber spoke of full order books and a desire to expand, highlighting the company's commitment to quality and innovation.
Next on the tour was MSI GmbH, a company specializing in modular aluminum profile systems. With a mix of modern and classic machinery in daily use, MSI GmbH provided a small refreshment and explained their systems, showcasing their expertise in the field.
The Motion Group, which rents various event technology including traverses and lamps, was the next stop. The company has previously worked with major artists like Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, Robbie Williams, and Taylor Swift, demonstrating their capability to handle large-scale events.
KUBA Prüf GmbH, a company that tests vehicles and values a modern working environment, offered insights into their operations. Prioritizing quality in customer contact, KUBA Prüf GmbH showcased their commitment to providing top-notch services.
The Hausmeisterservice Winkler, a company that maintains numerous objects in the metropolitan area, was the last stop of the tour. As a member of the Bavarian Environmental Pact, the Hausmeisterservice Winkler hosted the joint barbecue during the event, providing a fitting end to the day.
Mayor Marco Kistner expressed enthusiasm for the event, stating that Veitsbronn thrives on a strong middle class and it's important for companies to connect. District Administrator Bernd Obst echoed this sentiment, stating that formats like "Walk and Talk" give visibility to the regional economy and spark new collaborations.
Opportunities for many short conversations during the tour allowed participants to share ideas and forge new connections.
