Kamchatka's Affordable Housing Program: Eliizovo's 188-Apartment Building Nears Completion
Construction is progressing in Kamchatka under the 'Affordable Rental Housing in the Far East' program. While the builder of an apartment complex on Arsenev Street in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky remains unknown, work in Eliizovo is well underway.
In Eliizovo, an 188-apartment building is nearing completion, with internal finishing work in progress. This includes floor screeds, drywall partitions, and door installations. Engineering communications work is almost done, and the building is 88% complete. It will offer a mix of houses for rent: 13 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, and 27 three-bedroom units. The building is on track to be finished by July 2025.
Meanwhile, in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, a 160-family comfort-class residential complex has been completed. Half of its housing stock has been transferred to residents under the affordable housing program.
The 'Affordable Rental Housing in the Far East' program is making strides in Kamchatka. Despite unknowns about the Arsenev Street complex, Eliizovo's progress shows the program's success in providing new houses for rent near me options for residents.
