Labor and domestic worker-related cases to be supervised by a new prosecution establishment in Abu Dhabi
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, has issued a resolution to establish the Abu Dhabi Labour Prosecution, a specialized body to investigate and handle claims related to labour and domestic workers in Abu Dhabi.
The Labour Prosecution will focus exclusively on labour disputes and legal cases involving workers, reflecting a specialized approach to labour justice.
