LAUDA DR. R. WOBSER GMBH & CO. KG, a global leader in precise temperature control, has announced a strategic realignment of its leadership team, effective July 1, 2025. The changes aim to strengthen both the sales force and customer service infrastructure, with the goal of enhancing sales growth and service excellence in the competitive global market for precise tempering equipment.

Felix Heinrich-Bignasse, a graduate in business engineering with a master's degree in International Business and Export Management, will assume the role of Global Sales Director. He joined LAUDA in April 2019 and will now oversee all worldwide sales activities for the leading provider of temperature control equipment and systems. Felix will be responsible for global sales activities for the entire product range, including key account management and regional sales.

In his new role, Felix will focus on consolidating and driving global sales strategies, potentially increasing market reach and streamlining sales operations worldwide. This reorganization creates a closer integration between innovative services and support for customers, with a particular focus on digital service and e-commerce solutions.

Enrico Bossart, who holds a degree in International Technical Management, has worked in product management for a leading German manufacturer of industrial measuring technology. He has been with LAUDA since April 2019 and will expand his role to become the Director of Product Management & Service. Enrico will now additionally oversee the central service department of the global market leader in precise temperature control.

Enrico's expanded remit over product management and the critical service function is likely to enhance LAUDA’s service quality and after-sales support, reinforcing customer satisfaction and loyalty in the market. The bundling of responsibilities in sales and service strengthens global activities around customers, further enhancing LAUDA's market position and unlocking new growth opportunities.

LAUDA expects an increase in service revenue through new initiatives due to the restructuring. The company is open to an exchange with the press about company information, the LAUDA Factory Gallery, and projects in the areas of innovation promotion, digitalization, and idea management.
