Lending by RSHB to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Boosted by Over 2 Billion Rubles
The Altai branch of the Russian Agricultural Bank (RSHB) has been actively supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the region. As of the first decade of September, the branch has issued loans totaling 8.5 billion rubles to SMBs, with a focus on agricultural enterprises.
Anton Vlassov, the head of the Altai branch of Rosselkhozbank, which specialises in the sector of medium and small enterprises, is leading this initiative. The total loan portfolio for SMB companies at the Altai branch of RSHB has reached over 15 billion rubles.
More than half of the loans issued, 64%, are for working capital, while 36% are for investment purposes, including 32% for project financing. The bank has provided financing for seasonal work to enterprises in two Altai regions totaling 5.3 billion rubles.
In an effort to increase client loyalty, the Altai branch of RSHB offers various bank products. Simplified loan application procedures are in place for SMBs, and the bank is enhancing digital services for the SMB business segment.
The Altai branch of RSHB is also actively developing cooperation with representatives of agribusiness to implement investment projects in the SMB sector. Around 15 large-scale investment projects are being implemented in the Altai region with a total value of over 4.7 billion rubles, under the auspices of the Altai branch of RSHB.
State support programs are actively utilized by the Altai branch of RSHB to support SMBs. AO "Rosselkhozbank" has also issued a credit card with a 115-day grace period, unrelated to the earlier facts.
The bank's commitment to SMBs is evident, with the Altai branch emphasising this sector as a key area of activity. The bank's efforts are aimed at fostering growth and development in the region's SMB sector.
