Local TV station Coastal Television broadens partnership with Comscore for enhanced audience measurement services.
In a significant development, Comscore and Coastal Television have announced a new deal that will see Comscore providing advanced TV measurement capabilities to Coastal Television's Media Group. The agreement, set to take effect in January 2025, will extend to 12 of Coastal Television's markets and significantly broaden the scope of the old deal.
Comscore's solutions will empower Coastal Television's Media Group with advanced audience data analytics, cross-platform content consumption metrics, and unified content measurement. This partnership will enable the media group to better plan, transact, and evaluate media performance.
The key advanced capabilities Comscore brings with this deal are:

- Detailed audience behavior analytics and cross-platform measurement.
- Unified content measurement tools for content valuation and audience engagement tracking.
These capabilities collectively empower Coastal Television's Media Group to leverage precise and comprehensive audience data to optimize media strategies and performance assessment.
Steve Bagdasarian, chief commercial officer at Comscore, expressed excitement about the deepened relationship with Coastal Television.
