Luxury Apartments Break Ground in Ludlow, KY: Cityview Station Promises Riverfront Living
Acendion Collective, in partnership with The Cityview Group, has initiated construction on Cityview Station Apartments in Ludlow, Kentucky. The 273-unit luxury multifamily community, set to complete in the second quarter of 2027, promises high-end riverfront living and significant investment to Northern Kentucky.
The groundbreaking ceremony, attended by city officials, Acendion leaders, and community partners, marked the start of construction this month. The development will boast a resort-style pool, expansive courtyard, co-working lounge, fitness center, dog park, private garages, and individual storage units, along with approximately 400 on-site parking spaces.
Spanning three, four, and five stories, the apartment complex will offer stunning views of downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River. Leasing is anticipated to commence four to six months before the first units' delivery.
Cityview Station Apartments, set to be a significant addition to Northern Kentucky's landscape, is expected to bring a new level of luxury to the region. With its comprehensive amenities and scenic views, the development promises to attract residents seeking upscale riverfront living.
