Pandora Names Berta de Pablos-Barbier as New CEO
Pandora A/S has announced that Berta de Pablos-Barbier, currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer, will succeed Alexander Lacik as CEO. Lacik will step down during the upcoming annual general meeting on March 11, 2026.
Berta de Pablos-Barbier brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has led the champagne brand Moët & Chandon as president and CEO from 2020 to 2024. Before joining Pandora in November 2024 as CMO, she held leadership positions at LVMH, Mars Wrigley, Lacoste, and Boucheron.
