PDIC's Online Auction: Real Estate & Transport Assets Up for Grabs
The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) is set to auction off a range of real estate and transport assets later this month. The sale will take place on the PDIC's electronic public bidding platform, with interested buyers able to register and participate online.
Spanning multiple provinces, the big lots up for grabs range in size up to 8.2 hectares. These include vacant agricultural lots, residential lots, commercial, mixed-use, and agricultural parcels. Additionally, two vehicles and a generator set in Oriental Mindoro will be auctioned off. The online bidding process will commence at 9 a.m. on Oct. 29 and conclude at 1 p.m. on Oct. 30, with the bid opening scheduled for 2 p.m. on the same day.
To participate, buyers need only register once on the PDIC e-bidding portal, accessible via the PDIC's official website. The specific applicants participating in the sale have not been publicly disclosed.
