Perfect Clean Secures £8M Fife Council Deal, Its Biggest Yet
Perfect Clean, a leading cleaning and maintenance company, has secured a significant £8 million contract with Fife Council. This is the largest deal since the company's launch 12 years ago, demonstrating its growing influence in the industry. The partnership, set to last until 2027 with an option for extension, aims to enhance social housing conditions in the region.
Operations director Stuart McRobb emphasised the company's dedication to fair work practices and environmental responsibility. Perfect Clean, already collaborating with City of Edinburgh Council and Falkirk Council, will now service Fife Council from a new depot in Kirkcaldy. Managing director Emilia Ferenc, who took the helm in August 2022, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the company's commitment to subcontracting to local businesses and supporting SMEs in the Fife region.
The contract focuses on comprehensive house clearances and cleaning, restoring council housing stock, hostels, and traveller community sites to high standards. In addition to these core services, Perfect Clean will also provide associated services such as minor repairs, garden tidying, graffiti removal, specialist treatments, and safe disposal of hazardous materials. The partnership aims to reduce the time properties remain empty, increasing the availability of social housing in the area.
Perfect Clean's £8 million contract with Fife Council underscores the company's growth and commitment to improving social housing conditions. With a new depot in Kirkcaldy, the company looks forward to supporting local businesses and creating jobs in the Fife region while delivering high-quality services until 2027.
