Preliminary Outcomes for the Initial Half of 2025
Stellantis, a leading global automaker known for its iconic and innovative brands, has announced a comprehensive recovery plan for the second half of 2025. The plan, outlined by CEO Antonio Filosa, aims to restore profitability and cash flow through a series of strategic moves.
The heart of the plan is the launch of ten new models in 2025, with four already unveiled in the first half and six more slated for the second. Notable additions include the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 Ram 1500, a hybrid Jeep Cherokee, the gas-powered Dodge Charger SIXPACK, and several new STLA Medium vehicles.
Stellantis is also expecting increased net revenues and a low-single-digit operating margin (AOI) profitability in H2 2025, marking a significant improvement from the €2.3 billion net loss recorded in H1. The company is also working to improve industrial free cash flow (FCF) and maintain a solid liquidity position, with €47.2 billion industrial cash on hand.
However, the company is not immune to external challenges. An estimated €1.5 billion tariff impact is expected for 2025, with €0.3 billion incurred in H1. Stellantis is also navigating regional disparities, with losses in North America contrasting strong performance in South America.
Despite these headwinds, Stellantis is aiming for market share gains. The company expects a 127 basis points increase in EU30 market share compared to H2 2024.
Other exciting developments include the return of the 5.7-liter HEMI® V-8 in the 2026 Ram 1500, with the first trucks arriving at dealerships in H2 2025. Additionally, the hybrid Jeep Cherokee, the ICE Dodge Charger SIXPACK, and the four-door Charger Daytona will also make their comeback in the second half of 2025.
