The IK Small Cap IV Fund has already made its first investment and continues to grow its portfolio. Mads Ryum Larsen, Managing Partner and Head of Investor Relations at IK Partners, expressed optimism about the fund's potential to continue supporting ambitious businesses and creating long-term value.

Notably, 80% of the capital was raised from existing investors, indicating a strong belief in IK's investment approach. Since launching its Small Cap strategy in 2015, IK Partners has executed 56 transactions across four funds, realizing over €2.1 billion from exited investments, representing 128% of invested capital and a money multiple of 3.1x on 25 exited investments.

IK Partners continues to benefit from positive market dynamics at the lower end of the mid-market. In the first half of 2024, the firm has invested in 21 new companies and completed 11 exits. The firm has also closed over €6 billion in commitments since 2024, including the €505 million IK Strategic Opportunities I Fund in April 2024 and the €3.3 billion IK X Fund in April 2025.

The fund attracted 71% of capital from the EMEA region, 18% from North America, and 11% from Asia. IK's multi-strategy offering has allowed the firm to remain resilient in a changing landscape, offering more choice and opportunity than ever.

In conclusion, the IK Small Cap IV Fund is poised to deploy capital at a disciplined pace, focusing on growing businesses in the Business Services, Healthcare, Consumer, and Industrials sectors. The fund's success reflects the confidence investors have in IK Partners' ability to deliver strong returns and support ambitious businesses.
