The Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG is set to host its autumn real estate auction on September 25 and 26, 2025, in Berlin. A commercial property with a historic steam engine, partly rented, located at Stadtbadstraße 40 in Roßwein, has a starting price around €130,000. This property, covering approximately 19,100 square meters, includes open spaces and a former mill canal. The protected heritage commercial property in Roßwein (Mittelsachsen district) is up for auction.
The auction in the Harz region will feature a biker pension, with the exact starting price not specified.
In addition to these properties, the auction will offer a vacant farmstead in Eppendorf, starting at about €7,000, and several other residential and commercial plots with starting prices ranging from €2,500 for smaller parcels.
