The Krasnodar Mayor's Office has announced temporary traffic restrictions on the Turgenyev Bridge in the regional capital. The restrictions are necessary for the installation of beam structures as part of the ongoing repair work on the bridge.

From August 2 to 3, 2025, there will be a total of 15 traffic restrictions, each lasting 15 minutes, on ul. Turgenyev in the direction of exiting the city. Specifically, on August 2, the restrictions will take place from 08:00 to 18:15, with eight intervals. On August 3, the restrictions will occur from 07:30 to 16:15, with seven intervals.

During these times, drivers should expect possible detours or lane reductions. It is advisable to plan routes in advance, considering the traffic changes on the Turgenyev Bridge. The Department of Transport and Road Management advises drivers to be attentive and consult the official city or transportation department's website or traffic advisories for the exact schedule, alternative route recommendations, and real-time updates.

Heavy vehicles are prohibited from crossing the Turgenyev Bridge. The repair work, which began on the night of April 16, is ongoing around the clock. Currently, only two of the four lanes on the bridge are open due to the repair work.

The press service of the Krasnodar Mayor's Office reported this information. The repair work, including the installation of beam structures, is planned to be completed by August 2026.
