Road Closure on John F. Kennedy Avenue: Bus Routes Diverted
In the heart of Wiesbaden, a temporary closure of Raiffeisenplatz is set to take place. To maintain service continuity, the routes for lines 45 and 49 will be diverted.
Line 45 will no longer follow its usual route through Raiffeisenplatz. Instead, it will be directed via Clemensstraße and Willi-Brandt-Ring.
Line 49, on the other hand, will be rerouted via the Ringstraße and Vierhausstraße to bypass Raiffeisenplatz.
These detours are in effect to ensure that services remain uninterrupted during the closure. For more precise stop changes or temporary stops, please consult the official announcements available on www.eswe-verkehr.de.
Timetable and fare information can be obtained via the hotline of the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund, which is reachable 24/7 at (069) 24248024. For questions related to the closure, citizens can contact the responsible department or office of the State Capital Wiesbaden.
The "John-F.-Kennedy-Straße" stop will not be served in both directions during the closure. It is recommended to allow additional time for travel planning due to these changes.

The detour via B455 and Washingtonstraße will be established from the "Friedenstraße" and "Südfriedhof" stops to the temporary stop "Raiffeisenplatz". From the temporary stop "Raiffeisenplatz", the route will return to the regular line path via B455 in the direction of Raiffeisenplatz/Wolfsfeld.
In the direction of the Hauptbahnhof, both lines will run in the reverse order. The ESWE-Verkehr service telephone is reachable from Monday to Friday between 7 and 18 o'clock, and on Saturdays from 8 to 15 o'clock under the number (0611) 45022450.
Additional time should be allowed for travel planning due to these changes. Stay updated and plan your journey accordingly!
