Seeking a Project Manager for Exit from Peaceful Stars to Sverdlovsk Again
In the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk, the plans to build a new road from Tihiye Zori to Ulitsa Sverdlovskaya are back on the table, with construction slated to commence this year. The first bids, originally announced at the end of last year, yielded no takers.
The road, which will serve as an exit from the densely populated "Tech Hub" area, will be constructed in two stages. First, Ulitsa Lesnikov will be extended to Per. Ural'skiy, 2. Following that, an automobile bridge will be built over the railway, connecting to Ulitsa Sverdlovskaya.
When designing the project, officials in the department of urban planning emphasized that a comprehensive suite of engineering studies would be performed, and the necessary project and construction documentation would be developed. The plans will include relocating utilities, landscaping, lighting, and the demolition of buildings obstructing the route. After the plans receive government approval, a construction permit is required.
Let's go back in time; the initial bidding for this road was announced late last year, but no bids were submitted. The new procurement is valued at 61.76 million rubles and will conclude in late April.
The road is part of Krasnoyarsk's Address Investment Program for 2024 and the 2025-2026 comprehensive plan. The project was previously incorporated into the city's road network planning project.
Due to the conditions set forth in the new tender, the project must be completed by year-end.
