In a significant development, Sirius Real Estate Limited, a leading owner and operator of commercial and industrial parks in Germany and the United Kingdom, has successfully issued unsecured bonds amounting to €105 million. The investment bank that facilitated this successful issuance is Lincoln International.

The bond, which matures in 2028 and is governed by German law, has been admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The specific bond issuance was made by a tap issuance of the 1.75% bond issued in November 2021, which had already been tapped to €359.9 million in May 2024. As a result, the total outstanding aggregate principal amount of the bond now stands at €464.9 million.

HSBC Continental Europe acted as the sole bookrunner for the transaction. The Frankfurt team that worked on the transaction included partners Christoph Enderstein and Denis Dräger, and senior associate Florian Fraunhofer. The global law firm, whose German capital markets team advised both investment banks and issuers in connection with national and international capital market transactions, provided legal counsel for Sirius Real Estate Limited throughout this process. Dr. Frank Peter Regelin, lead partner at the law firm, commented on the successful transaction.

The law firm has a broad range of expertise, including equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and structured finance, among others. The specific transactions handled as part of this deal include bonds, commercial paper, covered bonds, structured bonds, securitized derivatives, hybrid instruments, registered bonds, promissory note loans, issuance programs, and related regulatory issues.

Sirius Real Estate Limited has a history of successful bond issues, with the law firm advising on all of its previous bond issues, including the issue of the bond in 2021 that has yet been tapped again. This latest bond issuance is a testament to the strong relationship between Sirius Real Estate and its advisors, as well as the confidence of the market in the company's financial stability and growth prospects.
