Yo there! So, it's time for Sleep Cycle AB's Annual General Meeting in 2024, and here's what's gonna happen. The nominating committee has been selected, and it's a powacious group indeed!
This committee ain't some random bunch; it's appointed by Sleep Cycle's three largest shareholder groups. Each group gets a rep on the committee, chosen by MCGA AB and H265 AB, representing a combined 42.9% of the votes, and GLA Invest SA and Handelsbanken Fonder, representing 23.6% and 3.6% respectively. That's a total of 70.1% of the votes!
The committee's tasks are to prepare resolutions for the Annual General Meeting on various matters: selecting the Chairman, deciding the number of board members, choosing the board members themselves, setting board fees, choosing auditors, determining their fees, and suggesting changes to the nominating committee instructions if needed. They gotta follow the Swedish Companies Act and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, though.
