Over the past decade, the group has collaborated with esteemed organisations such as the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and the European Network Against Racism's Equal@Work Platform.
Based in Zurich, Switzerland, the group operates across 60 countries worldwide. In 2022 alone, the group assisted over 15,000 refugees in Europe find employment. This commitment to supporting refugees extends to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, where the group launched adeccojobsforukraine.com, connecting over 10,000 Ukrainian refugees with job opportunities.
The Adecco Group aims to provide jobs for more than 850,000 people by 2025. This includes a focus on facilitating employment for persons with disabilities, supporting disadvantaged youth in finding meaningful jobs, and addressing the challenges faced by the long-term unemployed.
In addition, at least 10,000 individuals will benefit from up-/reskilling programs designed to build employability, including language and professional training opportunities. The group has also joined Tent Partnership for Refugees, a coalition of over 300 companies supporting refugees, in 2020.

In a recent announcement, Christophe Catoir, President of the group, will reveal plans to assist at least 50,000 refugees in finding quality jobs by 2025 at the global Tent European Business Summit. This commitment is in line with the Integration Through Qualification (IQ) Network's goal of supporting at least 50,000 refugees in quality jobs by 2025, an initiative that had already employed over 15,000 refugees in Europe in 2022.
