Sweden-based Bitcoin treasury company H100 appoints a new leader for Bitcoin strategy
H100 Group AB Taps Bitcoin Expert Brian Brookshire as Head of Strategy
H100 Group AB, Sweden's first publicly listed Bitcoin treasury company, has appointed Brian Brookshire as its new Head of Bitcoin Strategy. This strategic move is set to strengthen H100's position as the largest publicly listed Bitcoin treasury in the Nordic region.
Brookshire, a recognised specialist in Bitcoin treasury companies and a seasoned long-time Bitcoin investor, brings deep expertise in corporate Bitcoin strategies to H100. He has been active in Bitcoin investments since shortly after H100's first purchases in 2020.
In his new role, Brookshire will work closely with CEO Sander Andersen and COO Johannes Wiik to expand H100's Bitcoin holdings, accelerate Bitcoin accumulation, refine the company’s Bitcoin strategy, and enhance investor communications and relations.
H100's Bitcoin holdings have surged significantly in recent months. On August 6, the company purchased 60.6 BTC, increasing its total holdings to 763.2 BTC. This represents an extraordinary growth, with the Bitcoin holdings surging more than 12,200% from 6.2 BTC on June 1. The average price per coin was SEK 1,114,588.
The company's commitment to building a world-class Bitcoin treasury is evident in this rapid accumulation trend. The growth in Bitcoin holdings is noteworthy, demonstrating H100's dedication to this strategic direction.
In addition to this, H100 Group AB is planning to expand its investor reach by being included in the MSCI Global Micro Cap Index, set for August 26. This inclusion could increase H100's visibility internationally and attract new institutional investors, broadening its shareholder base.
Brookshire's extensive network in the Bitcoin treasury space is expected to deliver long-term value to H100 shareholders. His strategic vision and authenticity as a Bitcoiner are highly valued by H100.
