TMV Marks 125 Years of Taxis and Rental Cars, Barth Honored
TMV, the Taxi and Enterprise Rent A Car Association, marked a significant milestone this year, celebrating the 125th anniversary of the taxi and car rental sector. The event, attended by prominent figures, highlighted TMV's active involvement and commitment to the industry.
Tino Barth, the Chairman of IWR and the Alliance Management Board, lauded TMV's prominent stand during the anniversary celebration. In recognition of his contributions, Barth received the prestigious 'Taxi Hero' award.
Meanwhile, Kathrin Köstner, a notable figure in the industry, attended the Berlin Economic Summer at the Berlin Zoo. The event, organized by the International Economic Council (IWR) and the Alliance of Associations (AdV), brought together key players to discuss crucial topics. These included the distinction between car rental services and the role of KOBI in economic and mobility policy.
