The American Advertising Federation (AAF) has announced the inductees for the 2025 Advertising Hall of Achievement (AHOA). This prestigious honour recognises exceptional advertising professionals under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to the industry.

This year's class of inductees spans startups, agencies, platforms, and media, showcasing the transformative changes within the industry. Sectors driving these changes, such as commerce, retail media networks, social media, and streaming, are represented by this year's honourees.

Among the AHOA inductees are Orlando Baeza, vice president of brand and creative at Chime, and Abi Evans, chief growth officer at dentsu Creative, who also received the Jack Avrett Volunteer Spirit Award. Other inductees include Alison Levin, president of advertising and partnerships at NBCUniversal, Amie Owen, chief commerce officer at IPG Mediabrands, Paolo Provinciali, vice president of marketing growth, performance and operations at LinkedIn, Jason Schulweis, chief commercial officer at The Female Quotient, and Charlotte Tansill, North America president of PR, social and influence at Ogilvy.

These inductees represent diverse disciplines within the advertising industry, including creative advertising, commerce, influencer marketing, partnerships, marketing growth and operations, public relations, social media, and brand development.

The selection process for AHOA inductees is rigorous, with initial reviews by a volunteer committee and final selections by the Council of Judges. Candidates must be 40 or younger at the time of nomination, actively engaged in the U.S. advertising industry, and have demonstrated measurable success in marketing, sales, or media.

Christena Pyle, co-chair of AHOA and chief equity officer at dentsu, emphasises the importance of mentorship in the selection process. Pyle, who has been involved with AAF since college, when she participated in the National Student Advertising Competition, highlights the honourees' role in evolving the industry.

Steve Pacheco, president and CEO of the AAF, stated that the AHOA honourees are "genuine stories of solid, good people that have done great things and affected their community in positive ways." Tim Natividad, co-chair of AHOA and president of U.S. advertising sales at TelevisaUnivision, echoes this sentiment, noting the honourees' leadership, innovation, and commitment to advancing the industry.

In addition to the AHOA inductees, supermodel and entrepreneur Ashley Graham, under 40, is receiving the special Cultural Force Award for her cultural impact and influence on societal standards.

The AHOA induction ceremony and celebration will take place on November 20, 2025, at Pier Sixty in New York City. This event promises to be a celebration of the brightest minds in advertising and the positive impact they are making on the industry and society as a whole.
