The Autopulse 320-T3: A Game-Changer in Welding
The Autopulse 320-T3 is a state-of-the-art welding system, boasting 320 amps of welding power. With 68 synergic programs available for various materials, it offers versatility in welding different types of metals. The system supports push-pull and spool gun systems, and it features three wire feeders.
One of the standout features of the Autopulse 320-T3 is its automatic detection of the active wire spool. This feature ensures seamless operation and reduces the chances of errors. The system can also parallel operate up to three welding torches, increasing productivity.
The Autopulse 320-T3 housing is rated IP23 and provides space for two gas cylinders, each with four cubic meters. An XL color display and a USB interface simplify operation, making it user-friendly.
The Powerduction 220LG: A Powerful Induction Heater
GYS has expanded its range of induction heaters with the Powerduction 220LG model. This unit operates on a three-phase 400-volt supply and delivers an output of 22,000 watts. It is designed for steel and metal fabrication, workshops for commercial vehicles, and agricultural machinery.
The Powerduction 220LG model comes with cable support, a foot switch, and a standard inductor, with a choice of six or ten meters of inductor cable. A liquid cooling system ensures consistent heating performance and long operating periods for this model. Power can be set in ten steps or automatically regulated in auto mode.
The Gyypoty PTI-G: A High-Performance Spot Welding System
GYS is also presenting a spot welding system for high-strength steels, aluminum, and mixed-material joints known as the Gyypoty PTI-G. The manufacturer of this spot welding system is GYS itself. The Gyypoty PTI-G doubles welding speed and features a motorized extension arm with 120 centimeters of offset.
The Gyypoty PTI-G spot welding system processes up to 18 weld points per minute and is controlled via a 5.7-inch display. It is designed for high steel, aluminum, and mixed material connectors.
